Description

Artist unknown.  Oaxaca, Mexico, early 20th cent.  
Mixed media – Wood, gesso and paint figure with fabric, paper, tin-foil in wood and glass box.  
(5 1/2″ w. x 3″ d. x 10 1/4″ h.).  
Condition Note:  The box has considerable old insect damage, half of right door is missing, and there are cracks and breaks in the wood, as shown in photos.  This retablo is sold in “as is” condition.
