Design hand-painted with mineral pigment on hand-spun and strip-woven white cotton fabric by Senufo artists (approx. 58″ x 110″).
Private collection. Acquired in Cote d’Ivoire in 1970s.
Note: Two short separations between fabric strips on right side, small stain from the original black pigment to lower left. See photos.
